1st Halloween as the Mathets

A Mathet family 1st! With Virgil, kicking away 24/7, & halloween pumpkin carving galore... our 1st Mathet family Halloween has past, perhaps?! Actual Halloween night itself was spent squirming my way through a mall full of similarly dressed children: Disney princess, or Ultraman/Superman, Disney princess and, oh yeah Ultraman or Superman....also there were a couple of Disney princesses and Ultramans and Supermans around me as well....yeah....

Doctor claims Virgil is a "highly active" baby, if anyone was wondering, i.e., kicking away 24 hrs a day! Food seems to do it often, anything highly fatty in content seems to get him to kick if he's awake...don't know if that's good or bad!

Recently passed was a 1st Mathet fam. trip to the LA zoo....I hadn't been there in like 7 years, Thibault hadn't since elementary school...a warning to others...don't go to the zoo on an extremely hot day when you are pregnant. Yeah. Enough said...

Outside of that, the news is always good at the doctor, in fact, they are constantly kicking me out of the office because they have better things to do than chat with a healthy pregnancy. Stay tuned for Baby Shower infornation...coming soon!

Almost 26 weeks...

This is taken @ nearly 26 weeks, just shy of 7 months, the 3rd trimester! So far I seem larger to myself but it may be hard to tell in pictures any significant difference from the prior month....but there IS!! Trust me...
